Road Rage, an open-world Road Rash game?

So today I saw a tweet from IGN about a new game coming out soon named "Road Rage" (game's official site) which reminded me of the old chaos on motorcycle game, Road Rash (I loved playing the Road Rash games when I was growing up and have been waiting for it to be re-made).

As I watched the video (you can watch it below too), reminder that I had no idea when it was coming out, I went from tweeting about it being excited to being disappointed the way it looked as I thought it was in alpha, but it's actually being released in November this year.

The concept is cool, in that it's an open world "Road Rash" style of game, but it looks like it needs more polishing. Have you watched the video, if so what are your thoughts?
