The VEIN developers released a new devlog (#8) where they go over some of the recent changes and additions to the game, from the characters, in-game items, the map and more. They also noted that VEIN will be coming to a console, as they partnered with Microsoft to release VEIN on Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X after the game releases on Steam.
