Today during Summer Game Fest 2023 a reveal trailer for John Carpenter's Toxic Commando was shown and it looks like it's going to be similar to Left 4 Dead or Back 4 Blood where you're in a squad fighting against zombies and some type of mutated monsters. The description of the reveal trailer states that Toxic Commando is a co-op FPS inspired by 80's horror and action media. The game is being developed by Saber Interactive and published by Focus Entertainment. The game will be released on PC (via Epic Games), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2024.
